• If your request, which reaches us, meets the specified conditions, the cancellation process will be started as soon as possible.

• After the confirmation of the cancellation process, you are informed by e-mail and telephone.

• If shipping is provided in cancellation transactions, the shipping fee is not refunded. Refund for product cancellation is made within 7 working days after the cancellation confirmation, according to the payment method you used during the ordering process.
